I realized I had signed up for the wrong thing and requested a refund. Support replied the next day and processed it without giving me a hard time. It wasn’t instant, but it got handled, which is what mattered to me.

i mean, the course itself had some useful stuff, but the way everything was organized made it harder to follow than it needed to be. A clearer layout would really help.

I used Designer Hacks before my exam, the practice questions felt close to the real thing. The wording and timing pressure were similar, or, well, not exactly the same, but close enough that it helped me feel more prepared. A few of the explanations could’ve been a little more detailed, but overall it gave me a good idea of what to expect

It’s okay overall, but the price feels a little high for what it is. I guess my wallet was supposed to be thrilled about the experience.

A few parts still took me a little while to fully get, so maybe that’s just me, but overall it helped a lot. I feel more confident now than I did before, i think it was worth the time.

Designerhacks.com was easy to figure out, which was a relief because I really didn’t want to waste time clicking around trying to understand where everything was.
The layout is clear, and I was able to open the practice questions without any drama. That said, some of the pages felt kind of bare-bones, like they could use a little more polish or just something to make the experience feel less flat.
I’d still give it 4 stars because it did help me study without making things complicated, but yeah, there are definitely a few small things that could be smoother. Not a huge deal, just mildly annoying when you’re already trying to study...

I had a hard time figuring out what I already finished. The progress tracking feel a bit confusing, so I kept checking back and still wasn’t totally sure what was done.

The site looks messy and outdated, and using it feels like it’s forcing me to be patient when I really shouldn’t have to be. I found myself waiting and clicking around more than expected just to do simple things.

For what it costs, I expected a bit more detail. It did help me study in some ways, but I still found myself googling things after a lot of the questions

The subscription just felt way too rigid. I needed to switch plans and thought it would be quick, but it turned into a hassle. I got annoyed in the moment and basically gave up on it because there wasn’t enough flexibility.

I had to reach out to support about my account and they did get back to me, but it took longer than I was expecting. The answer ended up helping, I just felt like I was waiting around for a while. Overall it was okay, not terrible but not amazing either
